Winter amtgardOk, I've got most of the reservations taken care of november 08- we have phoenix room a November 15th- I was unable to get the pheonix rooms; however, that sunday the phoenix rooms will be open, and I put a hold reservation on them. So someone needs to let me know if we're going to turn that into an actually reservation. novermber 22nd- Phoenix room ab december 06th- room 103(which is where the november 15th will probably also be) The pheonix rooms on this day and the sunday are completely taken. December 14th- Couldn't get the pheonix rooms, did the same thing I did november 15th. I'll get the rest up later. |

btw 103 was a pretty good room, if we can't get the pheonix rooms, that room was legit. also, thanks for helping out booking these rooms for us.

i just thought of another problem... maybe this is just me being paranoid... but the reason that i didn't put a day may not have been because i forgot... the union may be closed. But for right now it's best to show up there.

A few things on meeting at UWGB. They are already reluctant about having us there in the first place, so everyone MUST be on their best behavior. No getting too rowdy or doing anything that could even remotely be construed as dangerous.
Also, we are not allowed to use bows at our indoor location. Sorry guys. They are skeptical about throwies as well, but as of right now have not said no.

Put up a strong recruitment
Put up a strong recruitment drive on the campus. The more students you have involved, the more the administration will bend. Use terms like "nerf boffers" to describe your weapons. It takes the edge off of the simulated combat. I also don't recommend arrow use indoors. We've used chargeable throwies in the past to good effect, but honestly, the most important thing for an archer is missing...distance.
