Rune-smith seeks staff

We're looking for a few helpers with RQ3. We need the following:

Friday night food coordinator
Saturday lunch coordinator
Saturday evening feast coordinator

Costume/makeup coordinator
Monster/NPC director
Head Reeve
First responder (first aid)
Director of marketing

If you're interested in helping out with any of these, please reply here and join the RQ3 Event Staff group. (click on 'Groups' above). We already have other roles covered. I want to get a preliminary meeting together soon to discuss budgets for each role, the plot so far, and how we're tying things together this year.

I was approached by a member of crimson circle about 4 months ago to play a part in the quest for this weekend. I need to know if they are still depending on me or if it was scratched.

If you're interested, It'd be good to have you. The most important part of this position will be keeping in regular contact with the other parks in the region. It will also involve any printed marketing. We'll talk more about it. If you haven't already, could you sign up for the group? Just click on Groups above, and sign up for the RQ3 Event Staff group.

We have most of the roles filled already. We're still looking for the following:

Saturday night feast coordinator (may be in-game)
Friday night food coordinator (heavy role-play)
Marketing director
Monster / NPC coordinator
First responder (first aid coordinator)

As soon as we have these figured out, we will start soliciting for monsters, NPCs, and other help, but if there is an area you want to help in, feel free to post now. You are allowed to cover more than one role, but I don't want to overload anyone.
