I'd like to announce The Great Garber's Challenge at this year's GAC (or whatever we end up calling it).

This will be a challenge in the style of Project Runway. Basically, you will have from Friday night before the night quest until the bardic on Saturday to create a piece of garb that fits the theme, which will be presented on Friday night.

You can work in teams of two people consisting of a "designer" and a "model". The model will wear the piece of garb for a runway show during the bardic, where the piece will be judged by a panel. There will be prizes for the first place team, and maybe more than that depending on how much I end up spending.

Each team should provide three 1-yard pieces of fabric of their choice. You may also bring as many supplies and notions as you'd like. I would highly suggest a minimum of a pair of scissors and a needle and thread. But, I will have extras on hand for anyone that forgets. I will provide any other supplies that are required.
