Town hall meetingI'd like to have a brief meeting at Chaoticon either Friday night or around noon on Saturday, whichever works best for the most people, to discuss our schedule. It shouldn't take more than a half hour or so, and it can give people a chance to talk strategy about other things coming up. We can either do this at the weapon-making booth or just take a table in the cafeteria. I'd like to for sure have Serrin, Redesta, and Lord Jyotis present. Anyone else that wants to attend is welcome. Will 1800 on Friday work? |

I'm actually going to change
I'm actually going to change that to being a quest Saturday at 6 and Sunday when we open. I want more time for newbies to be able to learn about the game.
Friday, I'll be there around 6:45. Saturday I won't get there until at least 5:30.
What exactly is this meeting about? Is it about Chaoticon? If not, I think we shouldn't do it during the Con. Even Friday after it's over would work. I plan on being busy for the duration of the convention!

It's nothing critical; I've actually tried getting in touch with you several times this week about it. I thought that the union would be convenient, since we'd all be there already, but if we can't find 15-20 minutes during the con, it's not a big deal.

So friday at that time there will be a battlegame or something. We already have an event posted, so we have to do something. I vote the zombie game myself (partly because I think I mentioned fighting monsters in the decription)

Friday night would be a great time for battlegames and introducing new players to various aspects of the game. I love the Zombie battle game! That could be fun!!!
